Idea that surrounds my work is, above all, relationship between man and his surrounding. Anything material and touchable is neglected while the focus is on spiritual-emotional values. There are feelings and thoughts that are very intense but the real treasures are disguised character traits and hidden desires. The carrier of my creative expression is man's relationship towards what is given to him, above all, his relationship with nature, as well as man's relationship with man. While working on these themes, my wish is to evoke others' thoughts and interpersonal communication, as well as to remind how little is needed for everything to start unfolding. Shelter of the sole idea is in the elusive present, in the light of little sparks that gather and form a distinct layer under skin. In the current days of spiritual apocalypse, I want to halt a man and with visual plays make him feel something he's never felt before. Often treating myself with inevitable visits to nature, I realize all its power, I listen and I memorize within. Those memos give me the inspiration, lead me through mysterious tunnels of thought, all the way to the reason, I try to understand and criticize man through my painting which is the part of nature but still moving away from it. Messages that are carried by my paintings are hidden deep within layers of paint and oil but they are not unreachable and incomprehensible. Man needs to understand that he is not running out of time, he should stop and look at the paintings, messages will surface on their own and a new level of knowing oneself will happen.
